This product is made from freshly extracted grapefruit juice derived from sound fruit of the species Citrus paradisi that have been washed and graded to remove unsound fruit. Processing temperature assure good cloud stability. The reconstituted juice shall have good color and flavor. Predominant cultivars processed include Rio Red, Star Ruby and Redblush (Ruby).
